iCloud phishing attempt sent to MobileMe users
There have been some reports of an attempt to gather MobileMe user’s credit card information by signing people up for Apple’s new iCloud service. While some users say that they’ve gotten as far as navigating to the site they quickly stopped all activity and didn’t submit any information to the site.

Most of the new UI enhancements in Mac OS X Lion are great but some don’t get the same open arms welcome. Although I’m a pretty big fan of the new version of spaces, I really liked to old way Dashboard was an overlay on your desktop. I often use Dashboard for a calculator (I know, not really using to it’s full potential) and need to be able to see some data that I’m trying to input into the calculator. read more »Disable Mac OS X Lion’s Application Window Restore
I’ll admit it… I love Mac OS X Lion… One of the “features” that I dislike is the window restore on some apps, especially preview. Why do I want to have to close a window then have to quit an app? Two keys rather than one? Add that extra 1-10 seconds (depending on how many windows I have open) each time I’m quitting an app and over a year’s time can really waste a lot of my time.
