At Media Lab Creative, LLC we constantly try to push the envelope using the latest and greatest markup we have at our disposal. That is why, starting November 1st, 2011 Media Lab Creative, LLC will be adopting the following legacy browser policy:
All websites created and maintained by Media Lab Creative, LLC will only support modern browsers. Modern browsers include: current and prior major releases of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Opera on a rolling basis. Each time a new version is released, we will support the newest update and stop supporting the third-oldest version.
Legacy browser support may be provided for an additional fee, however, is not guaranteed and will be provided at the sole discretion of Media Lab Creative, LLC. Any additional support for legacy browsers will be clearly outlined on an independent project scope and contract. Website features not supported by legacy browsers will not be rewritten to add legacy browser compatibility.
